根据香港出版的经济日报2000年1月19日报导：「现时香港对此类内容供应的估值，还欠客观标准，多数参照美国的估值方法。美国对荷 里活超过十年的影片估值，属于不著名（Non-titled）类别的，每出戏大概是四十万美元（约三百一十多万港元）；而著名的影片（Titled）则难以估计。业内人士透露，香港分析员多数会把美国的估值，以二五折计算。」 假设您全资拥有100部超过十年的电影片所有版权及产权，并以不著名（Non-titled）类别计算，您的影片估值为：
